Why This Sisterhood

Women make up half of STEM graduates but only a fraction of STEM leaders.

We are not missing from the pipeline. We are missing from the rooms where decisions are made. Not because we’re not capable, but because we inherited systems that weren’t built for us to rise in. Systems that forced us to compete for one seat at the table. That taught us to fear each other instead of back each other. That rewarded performance but never built belonging.

Some call it crab mentality. We call it what it is: a symptom of scarcity, not sisterhood. And we’re here to change that.

STEMinist Sisterhood is a system of support—by women, for women—designed to help us build, lead, and back each other strategically.

Meet Ana

I’m Ana—physicist, engineer, and VC.
I’ve built diagnostic systems for fusion reactors and backed scientist-founders across Europe.

I’ve also sat through the meetings, labs, and investor calls where women were sidelined, ignored, or made to compete.

For me, STEMinist Sisterhood is not just another project, it’s the space I always needed—but never had.
